I live just outside of Wilmington and have been visiting the Jersey Shore for almost 23 years. I've stayed from Sandy Hook down to Stone Harbor and have found that Ocean City and Brigantine have been the best. I like Ocean City now because I can bring my family down and their is lots to do. In the 80's and 90's I stayed in Brigantine ( I like to gamble ) and soaked up the nightlife and crashed on the beach. Brigantine is a quieter town in the summer than most shore towns and it was a good mix between the nighttime mayhem and daily breezy, sleepy days. Lately, the last 5 years or so, we have been using www.rentalsinsouthjersey.com to book our getaway weeks and they have been solid, everything from hotels to condos. Check them out and never, ever, split 20.
